Test your use case before saving a route
When choosing a route, start with the destination region, then compare IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes and direct connections for your network. Once connected, open the app and check that access and playback work as expected before saving your choice. Route type is not a speed guarantee.
If something goes wrong, first identify whether the issue is a failed connection, an inaccessible website or an app error. Then check your subscription, rules and local network. Follow the troubleshooting guide; if the issue persists, open a ticket in the dashboard with the symptoms, platform and steps you’ve already tried. Collect only what’s needed
VPNPO follows a no-logs privacy policy and limits data collection to what’s needed to provide accounts, subscriptions and support. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Read the Privacy Policy to learn how information is handled. When reporting an issue, include only what’s needed to diagnose it, and leave out unrelated personal information.
