Service Scope

VPNPO provides subscription-based cross-border network acceleration through international routes for accessing international websites, AI tools, streaming services and more. The service covers 90+ countries / 170+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel for available routes and client downloads.

A subscription provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships, content licenses or account access for third-party platforms. You must continue to follow each platform's rules. Account region, content rights and platform policies may affect access, and a successful route connection does not guarantee that all content will be available.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not share your subscription link with others. VPNPO allows an unlimited number of devices to be online simultaneously. This applies to the account holder's own use and does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing a subscription or sharing an account.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Data plans: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. Choose a plan that suits your needs, and check the billing category and data allowance in your order.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. You can view subscription status, orders and data usage in the user panel. Logging in is required to access client downloads and subscriptions; download access is determined by the panel. If you notice unusual account activity, secure your credentials and contact support through a ticket. Do not post usable subscription details on public pages.

Acceptable Use

Follow the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities. Do not use this service for unlawful purposes. You may not use international routes for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized access, malicious attacks or interference with other people's networks, or damage VPNPO's service infrastructure or normal operation.

You are responsible for checking that the content you access and how you use it are lawful, and for respecting third parties' intellectual property and terms of use. VPNPO provides connectivity and does not obtain content licenses on your behalf or authorize your activities on third-party platforms.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, destination websites, device settings and maintenance. VPNPO does not guarantee fixed speeds, fixed latency or uninterrupted availability. If a problem occurs, first check your subscription status and client settings, then consult the troubleshooting guide or submit a support ticket if needed.

This service does not control third-party platform content, account reviews or access policies. Access issues caused by changes to third-party services, device failures or force majeure should be addressed according to their actual cause. This section does not exclude liability required by applicable law or affect the refund rights set out in these terms.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Specify the order you want refunded so the payment can be verified. You do not need to explain that you were dissatisfied with the service.

When a refund is reviewed, do not submit your login password, full subscription link or sensitive payment credentials. Confirm the processing status and any payment-provider instructions through your support ticket. These terms do not promise a fixed time for funds to arrive. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with the paid order end.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you violate these terms by using the service unlawfully, carrying out malicious attacks, reselling subscriptions or sharing accounts, VPNPO may restrict relevant features, suspend service or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket. Account actions do not exclude rights provided by law, and refund requests remain subject to the refund policy and applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting service use or billing benefits will be explained in site announcements or the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments that have already taken effect. Read the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
